Dina Coventry, President

With close to 30 years of industry experience, Dina is recognized throughout the industry for cross-functional leadership and has a proven ability to spearhead cutting edge strategies while fostering a supportive and unified culture. She has developed productive sales teams, recognizing high functioning producers elevating them to the next level. She provides clear direction with aggressive and achievable individual and team goals. Also, Dina is an in-demand speaker at brand, ownership and management conferences.

Dina’s involvement with hotel parent companies, management companies and on-property teams give her deep insight into the current trends that are facing the hospitality industry today.

 

 

 

Shawn Coventry, CFO

Our financial guru, Shawn has over 30 years of experience as an accounting professional.  He began his career as a credit & collection analyst for publicly traded companies and has worked in multiple Pre-IPO companies during his career.  He manages all aspects of the accounting department for CC-SMG.

You will find Shawn’s outward personality at industry events and tradeshows where he loves meeting new people and talking hotel sales.

 

 

 

Tasha Livingston, Vice President of Business Development
Tasha joined our team as the Vice President of Business Development.  With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry Tasha brings a high level of hotel, brand, and business development knowledge to our Client Concierge team.  A skilled communicator, using professionalism and integrity when working with potential customers, she makes it a priority to understand the importance of the customer’s unique needs and partnership expectations to ensure the best custom solution is delivered to your hotels.

Her goal is to help potential customers understand the value of having an experienced sales professional collaboratively working with the greater team to establish and exceed all goals. She will deliver the highest levels of customer engagement, focusing on partnership. Additionally, with her background in customer service and hospitality, you can count on responsive and timely communication as she works with you to outline the best support for your hotels.
