Tight Budgets! Let’s keep it real! We need to focus strongly on sales efforts to recover from COVID-19. Relationship building is one of the most important factors in gaining new business, maintaining business and taking care of the clients (guests). With this being said, we had only one option and it was to go with remote sales support. After evaluating a few companies, Client Concierge stood out as our first choice for a number of reasons. First, the fact that each Regional Sales Manager took the time to personally get to know the General Manager by having a one-on-one meeting which is a huge factor in learning how to work collaboratively to meet the owner’s goals. Second, this sales leader meets with the brand revenue manager along with the GM’s to discuss rate strategies, groups, special events, packages, new business, prospects, and displacement analysis to assure future production. Oh, to top the icing on the cake they respond to every lead while prospecting to continually look for new business! Lastly, all the sales leaders have taken the Hilton branded and Amadeus Hospitality Delphi training.
